WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim is desi o
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for public
purposes, to wit: an easement for drainage purposes end to piece,
maintain, repair and. remove poeer lines and water lines, with
necessar y fixtures and appurtenances,' and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
said herelnafter described real property to the City of Anaheim for
the sum of One T)ellar (t1,00), and
WHITRFAZ, the City Coencil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real preperty;
