P RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AS CONTRACTING AGENT FOR THE CITIES OF ANAHEIM,
FULLERTON AND ORANGE AND THE BUENA PARK, GARDEN GROVE,
LA HABRA AND PLACENTIA SANITARY DISTRICTS AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, AS SUCH CONTRACTING AGENT, WITN THE CON-
TRACTORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID MAGNOLIA TRUNK.
SEWER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton. and. Orange and
the Sanitary Districts of Buena Park, Garden Grove, La Habra and
Placentia have heretofore adopted. Resolutions awarding contracts
for the construction of the Magnolia. Trunk Sewer and Pumping Plant
and Force Main and Project and appurtenances thereto as follows:

and authorizing and directing the City of Anaheim to execute con-
tracts, as contracting agent, for and on behalf of said Cities and
Sanitary Districts with said Contractors for the construction of
said Magnolia Trunk Sewer, Pumping Plant and Force Main andProject
toother with appurtenances thereto in accordance with the notice
ihvitin sealed proposals, tho proposals submitted by said Con-
tractors and plans and specifications prepared by Koebiy and K.wP;bi„,
certified copies of which resolutions 'have been delivered to the Ci
of Anaheim and are on Pilo in the office of the City Clerk; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City Of Anaheim finds
that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim should bo
authorized and directed to enter into said contracts as directed.
THEREFORE, pursuant to Resolution No. 1813 passed
and adopted by the City of Anaheim and pursuant to the Resolutions
passed and adopted by the Cities of Fullerton and Orange and the
Sanitar Districts of Buena. Porn, Garden Grove, La Habra and
