RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE
WHEREAS, Dr. Charles V. Schutz and Dorothea B. Schutz,
as owners of certain real property situated at 226 North Clementine
Street, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as Vineyard D 5, Lot 1 Block G, has filed with
the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, a petition re-
questing that a variance be granted permitting them to enlarge
present dental office by a unit identical in size with the present
unit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and
investigation of the facts and the report and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission that:
(1) Special circumstances and exceptional conditions do
exist as to the property or classes of uses in the same zone or
district;
(2) That a variance is necessary for the preservation
and enjoyment of a substantial property right of said petitioner;
(3) That the granting of such conditional variance will
not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in the district wherein said property is lo-
cated, provided, the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied
with:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH_E CITY COUNCIL OF
TEE CITY OF AIAHEIM, that a conditional variance be, and the same
is hereby granted to Dr. Charles V. Schutz and Dorothea B. Schutz.

in size with the present unit upon the following conditions:
1. That said business shall be operated in accordance
with all laws of the State of California and Ordinances and Regula-
tions of the City of Anaheim.

2. That the appearance of said real property, including
all buildings thereon shall be kept and maintained with a satisfac-
tory appearance in keeping -,rith the uses herein permitted.
3. That the maintenance and operation of said building
shall comply -Tith all reeuirements of the Chief of the Fire Depart-
ment of the City of Anaheim as to safety and fire prevention.
4. That the City Council hereby reserves the right to
revoke said variance permit for good cause.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
