A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REJECTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 31st day of January, 1968,
in connection with the recording of Tract No. 6392, an irrevocable
offer to dedicate Lot "A" of said Tract was recorded in Book
8507, Page 253, Records of Orange County; and
WHEREAS, at said time the City of Anaheim did accept
such offer to dedicate, but did not accept the dedication of said
Lot "Ai;; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of said irrevocable offer of dedi-
cation no longer exists and the City Council finds that it no
longer exists and the City Council finds that it no longer wants
or needs said Lot "A' and that it is in the best interests of the
City to reject said offer and refuse to accept dedication of said
Lot "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it reject, and it does hereby reject
the irrevocable offer to dedicate Lot "A" of Tract No. 6392.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council refuse,
and it does hereby refuse, to accept dedication of Lot riA" of
1ract No. 6392 and does direct that said irrevocable offer to
dedicate said Lot "A be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and
of no further force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
