RESOLUTION GP2, TIG A VARIANCE
';:liEREAS, Harold Berlin, as Lessee of certain real nrooer-
ty situated at 110 East Center Street, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orane, State of California, described as Lot 6 of Block
A, of the Center Tract, has filed with the City Planning Commission
8 of tne City of Anaheim, a petition reauesting that a variance be
granted permitting him to use the second floor at said address
for the manufacture of ladies' Garments, an M-2, light manufactur-
ing use; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and
investigation of the facts and the report and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission that:
(1) Special circumstances and excePtional conditions do
exist as to the property or classes of uses in the same zone or
district;
(2) That a variance is necessary for the preservation
and enjoyment of a substantial property right of said petitioner;
(3) That the granting of such conditional variance will
not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in the district wherein said property is lo-
cated, provdded, the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied
with:
NO'c, THEREFOE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY LT A:AM that a conditional variance be, and the same
is hereby, granted to Harold Berlin ,permitting him to use the
second floor at 110 J.]Est Center Street for the manufacture of
ladies parments, an light manufacturing use upon the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That said business shall be operated in accordance
with all laws of the State of California and. Ordinances and. Regula-

dons of the City of Anaheim.
2. That said variance be granted for one year and be
subject to review at the erid of this oeriod..
3. That the appearance of said real orooerty, including
all buildins thereon shall be kept and maintaind with a satis-
factory aopearance in keeping rith the uses herein permitted.
4. That the maintenance and operation of said building
shall comply with all requirements of the Chief of the Fire Depart-
ment of the City of Anaheim as to safety and fire prevention.
5. That the City Council hereby reserves the right to
revoke said variance permit for good cause.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
