RESOLUTION GrIA:TING A VARIANCE
WHEREAS, Paul Green R
City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, a petition rec
ing that a variance be granted permitting them to use the buildings
paints, varnishes, lacquers, enamels and allied products; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and
investiFation of the facts ed the report and recommendation of
the City Plannin Commission that:
(1) Special circumstances and exceptional conditions
do exist as to the prooert or (asses of uses in the sne zone or
district;
(2) Thbt a variance is necessary for the oreserJation
and enjoyment of a substantial property right of said. petitioner;
(3) That the e;ranting of such conditional variance
will not be detrimental 1 the public welfare or injurious to the
property or improvements in f istrict wherein said property is
located, provided the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied
witn:
NOW, THEREORE, 21 IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY_ COUNCIL OF
211E CITY OF ANA"tiELPI, that a conditional variance be, and the same
is, hereby granted to Paul Oreeninp and Rinshed-iviason Company per-
mitting them to use the buildings at 1244 North Lemon Street for
the manufacture and storage Df 'daints, varnishes, lacquers, enamels
and allied products upon the followinF condltIone:
1 I. That said. business shall be operated in accordance
2kt5 of the State of California and Ordinance and Regula-
31 tions of tne City of Anaheim.
1. That the appearance of said veal property, including
5i all buildings thereon shall be kept and maintained with a satis-
6 factory appearance in keeping with the uses herein permitted.
7 3. That the maintenance and operation of said building
8 shall comply with all requirements of the Chief of the Fire Depart-
9 ment of the City of Anaheim. as to safety and fire prevention.
10 4. That the City Council hereby reserves the r1.11. to
11 revoke said variance permit for good cause.
