RES(*..1,ION GRANTING A VARIANCE
WHE'HEAS, Gust Mabs, as cr of certain real prooerty
located at 224. Mills Dri in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange
State of California, described as Lot 6, Block 2, of Mills Park
Tract No 304, has filled with the City Planning Commi ssion of the
City of Anaheim, a petition requesting that a variance be granted.
Permitting him to build a duplex dwelling; and
WHYRAS, the City Council finds from consideration and
investigation of the facts and. the report and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission that:
(1) Special circumstances and. exceotional conditions
cIa exist as to the property or classes of uses in the same zone or
district;
(2) That a variance is necessary for the preservation
and enjoyment of a. substantial Hoperty r.i.ht of said petitioner;
(3) That the granting of such conditional variance
not be detrimental to the 0UL 1. retfare or injurious to the
property or improvements in the district rrfrierein said prooerty is
located, provided the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied
NOW, THREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CIT ANAHEIM, that a conditional variance be, and the same
