WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the Veteran
Public Housing Project located on North. Olive Street in the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council find s. t:En,t, it is necessary
and for the best interest to employ a person to manage, maintain
and supervise said Veterans Public Housing Project for and on beha
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that H. G. Schmeizer be, and. he Is, hereby
employed as manager of the Veterans Public Housing Project of the
City of Anaheim during the pleasure of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim at a monthly salary of A& commencing
GO the day of 1950.
BF IT FURTRESOL:ED that it shall be the duty of the
said H. G. Schmelzer to manage said. Veterans Public Housinr Project,
collect the rental due frem each of saicl rental units, to Yeep said
rental units in suitable conS.ition for dwelling purposes and to
maintsin and supervise said.. Project and to do and perform al.1 acts
necessary for the proper maintenance and supervision of said Vet-
erans Public Housing Project.
BE IT FUHTHER RESOLVED that said H. G. o e shall

or otherwise shall be made by check or voucher signed by said
