1950-1762RESOLUTION NO. /7162 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY DEMAND THE AC(UISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF' A CERTAIN MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT, AND MAKING FINDINGS RE- LATING THERETO. The City Council of the City of Anaheim, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND DETERMINE as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and necessity demand the acquisition and construction for the City of Anaheim of a certain municipal improvement, to wit: additional sanitary sewers and sewage disposal facilities, including (1) additions of main trunk, interceptor and lateral sewers to the sewer system of the City of Anaheim; (2) that undivided part or share, which is to be owned and paid for by the City of Anaheim of (a) additions to and enlargements of the sewage treatment plant and chlorination plant jointly owned by the City of Anaheim and other cities and sanitary districts, (b) reconstruction and replacement of portions of the jointly owned outfall sewer carrying sewage from said treatment plant, and (c) an additional main trunk sewer, with connecting lines, to carry sewage to said sewage treatment plant (said reconstruc- tion and replacement of portions of said outfall sewer, said additions to and enlargements of the sewage treatment plant and chlorination plant, and said additional main trunk sewer, to be jointly owned and paid for by the City of Anaheim and other public corpor ations)6 That the estimated cost of said municipal improvement is the sum of $1,040,000.00, Section 2.
