A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FIXING
THE FILING FEES AND ENGINEERING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE FIL-
ING AND HANDLING AND PROCESSING OF MAPS AND PLATS OF SUB DIVISIONS
AND RECORDS OF SURVEYS.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that numerous maps and plats are being
submitted to the City to be filed and that a great deal of the time of the City
Engineer and City Engineering staff is required to examine said maps, and that the
time and expense required to properly examine, handle and process said maps has
resulted and is resulting in considerable expense to the City of Anaheim and the
taxpayers thereof, and that if the present situation continues it will be necessary
to employ additional help to take care of the filing and examination and processin
of said maps.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anahei
that a filing fee of $25.00 shall be charged for each tentative map of a sub- -divis on
submitted to the City of Anaheim for consideration, examination, and approval by
the Planning Commission and Engineering Department of said city; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that a filing fee of $25.00
shall be charged for each final map of a sub division submitted to the City of Ana eim
for consideration, examination and approval, and that an additional charge of $1.0
per lot in such sub division shall be made to cover the cost of engineering servic
required to be rendered by the City of Anaheim; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a filing fee of $5.00 shall be charged for
each map of a Record of Survey or Reversion to Acreage submitted to the City of
Anaheim for consideration, examination and approval, to cover the cost of engineer-
ing service required to be rendered by said City of Anaheim.
The foregoing Resolution is approved and signed by me this llth day of
July, 1950.

certify the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of
The City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the llth day of July, 1950, by
the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, Wisser, Keying, Honey and Van Wagoner.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed and
approved said Resolution on the llth day of July, 1950.
