A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF COpy OF
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CI~ULATE A PETITION
RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION: OF TERRITORY TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND AFfIDAVIT OF PUBLICA-
TION THEREOF, AND APPROVING THE CIRCULATION
OF SAID PETITION. (MOHLER DRIVE ANNEXATION)
WHEREAS, on June 6, 1972, there was filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Anaheim an affidavit of publication
of a Notice of Intention to Circulate a Petition for the Annexa-
tion of Inhabited Territory to the City of Anaheim under the
Annexation Act of 1913; and
WHEREAS, Section 35113 of the Government Code provides
that the City Council may adopt a resolution Acknowledging
Receipt and Approving Circulation of Petition within fifteen (15)
days after the filing thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the City Council acknowledge, and it
does hereby acknowledge receipt of the notice, statement and
affidavit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approve,
and it does hereby approve the circulation of a petition for
the annexation of that territory designated as "Mohler Drive
Annexation."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of June, 1972.
