RESOLUTION NO. 72R-227

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
h'\1D CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE GOTTLIEB AND
THOMPSON AGREE~NTS (Extension of Clementine
Street) .
WHEREAS, in connection with the proposed development
and extension of Clementine Street and Convention Way, certain
agreements were prepared concerning the acquisition and improve-
ment of said streets; and
WHEREAS, the agreements between the City of Anaheim
and the Gottliebs and the Thompsons have been revised so that
all parties involved will receive equal and equitable treatment;
and
WHEREAS, i.t is in the best interests of the City to
enter into such revised agreements and to execute the same prior
to presentation to the parties for execution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim those certain agreements respectively designated
"City of Anaheim, etc., and Trans Sierra Development Co., Inc.
and John O. Gottlieb" and "City of Anaheim, etc., and John V.
Thompson, etc., et al.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said executed agreements
be delivered to the office of the City Attorney for transmittal
to the respective parties.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is aporoved and signed by me
this 6th day of June, 1972.
