RESOLUTION NO. 72R-226
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT
RELATIVE TO CONVENTION WAY AND CLEMENTINE
STREET.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Anaheim
to extend Convention Way easterly to a point where it would
intersect with Clementine Street, and it is the further inten-
tion of the City of Anaheim to extend Clementine Street between
Katella Avenue and Orangewood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, in connection with said improvements, an
agreement concerning dedication of right of way has been ten-
dered to the City by Hiroshi Fujishige, Reiko Fujishige, Masao
Fujishige and Toshiko Fujishige; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to enter into said agreement concerning
said rights of way.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City that certain aareement between the City of Anaheim and
Hiroshi Fujishige, Reiko Fujishige, Masao Fujishige and Toshiko
Fujishige concerning the deducation of right of way for the
extension of Clementine Street and Convention Way.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that executed copies of
said agreement be delivered to the Office of the City Attorney
for transmittal.
