RESOLUTION NO. 72R-219
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN
AGREEMENT WITH SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT CO.
(KELLOGG DRIVE AND STORM DRAIN)
WHEREAS, the Santa Fe Land Improvement Co, has sub-
mitted to the City of Anaheim an agreement relative to improve-
ment of Kellogg Drive between La Palma and Orangethorpe Avenues;
and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed and the City
Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to
enter into said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain agreement dated June 6, 1972,
between the City and Santa Fe Land Improvement Cb. relating
to the improvement of Kellogg Drive and a storm drain located
therein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of June, 1972.
