RESOLUTION NO. 1754
Authorizing the employment of O'Melveny and Myers
as legal counsel to assist and advise the Members
of the Joint Outfall Sewer Group and their Counsel
in the preparation of all legal documents and pro-
ceedings for the holding of elections to vote bonds
to obtain the necessary funds to construct a main
trunk, outfall sewers and sewerage system, and to
furnish a legal opinion as to the validity of said
bond proceedings for the purpose of the sale of
said bonds, and fixing their compensation.
