RESOLUTION NO. 1750
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A SUBSTITUTE SIGNATORY FOR TEE WITHDRAWAL
OF FUNDS FROM THE VETERANSt PUBLIC HOUSING FUND.
WHEREAS, H. G. Schmelzer, Project Manager of the Veterans Housing Project
in the City of Anaheim and one of the designated signatories required for the
withdrawal of funds from said project, has become indisposed and is temporarily
unable to sign checks for the payment of accounts against said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anahei
that CHARLES E. GRIFFITH, City Clerk of said city, be and he is hereby designated
as a substitute signatory during the illness of said H. G. Schmelzer, with authority
to sign checks jointly with A. G. Tuma, City Treasurer, for the withdrawal of funds
from the Veterans Public Housing Fund.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 20th day of
June, 1950.
