A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, heretofore an agreement was entered into between the
CITY OF SANTA ANA as contracting City of &otion 1 of Orange County
Joint Outfall Sewer and ORANGE COAST JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT,cover-
ing the use of a portion of the sewer pipe lines and treatment
plant for the disposal of sewage for the sanitary sewer system of
the Santa Ana Army Air Base; and
WHEREAS, said sanitary sewer system is now held and operated
by the County of Orange under an Interim Lease Agreement with the
Government of the United States axxi the County of Orange desires to
enter into an agreement for the same purposes and upon the same
terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Agreement proposed
for execution and the terms and conditions thereof, be and the same
is hereby approved and the CITY OF SANTA ANA is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the CITY OF
ANAHEIM, if and when said Agreement is approved by the other con-
tracting parties to the Joint Outfall Sewer Agreement.

Council and passed at said meeting on the 20th day of June,
