RESOLUTION GRAI~TTING A VARIANCE
WHEREAS, L. Lund, of Elsinore, California, as owner of
certain real property situated at 1125 West Chestnut Street, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as Lot 7, Block A, West Court, Tract No. 131, has filed with the
City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, a petition request-
ing that a variance be granted permitting him to erect a two (2)
bedroom single family dwelling; and
1~'UHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and
investigation of the facts and the report and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission that:
( 1) Special circumstances and exceptional conditi ons
do exist as to the property or classes of uses i.n the game zone or
district;
(2) That a variance is necessary for the preservation
and enjoyment of a substantial property right of said petitioner;
(3) That the granting of such conditional variance
will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the
property or improvements in the district wherein said property is
located, provided the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied
with:
NOW, T'rFREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COT3NCIL OF

THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, that a conditional variance be, and the same is!
hereby granted to L. Lund permitting him to erect a two (2) bedroom '~

single family dwelling upon the following conditions:
1. That said building shall be constructed in accord- i
ante with the plans submitted with the application for a variance
and in accordance with the Building Code and Building Regulations
of the City of Anaheim, and the State of California.
2. That the appearance of the said real property,

including all buildings thereon shall be kept and maintained with a
satisfactory appearance in keeping with the uses herein permitted.
3. That the construction and maintenance of said build-
ing shall comply with all requirements of the Chief of the Fire
Department of the City of Anaheim as to safety and fire prevention.
4. That the City Council hereby reserves the right to
revoke said variance permit for good cause. ~
