WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the hereinafter described real property, and. WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for municipal purposes, and WHEREAS, George F. Crabill and Denisia B. Grabill, hueband and wife, have made an offer to purchase said real property for the sum of Fourteen Hundred. Dollars 1400.00), payable One Hundred. Dollars ($100.00) down and Forty Dollars (00.00) per month commencing on the o5 day of 6% per annum, and. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds tlat is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim toaccep said offer and. sell and convey said real property to the said George P. Crabill and Denisia B. Crabill, husband and wife; NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT HESOLVED DY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAlIM that the offer of Fourteen Hundred. Dollars (11400.00) of George P.
