WHEREAS, Ruth E. Waite, Carl E. Hull and Helen Hull,
his wife, ha:e:nade, executed and tendered to the City of Anaheim a
deed conveying to the City of Anaheim the following described pro-
perty, to -wit:
A parcel of land in Anaheim Vineyard Lot B -2 as
shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Pages 629 and
630, Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia, and more particularly described as fol-
lows:
The northerly rectangular 30 feet of the westerly
half of said Vineyard Lot B -2, for the widening of
East Wilhelmina Street.
for street purposes, for a consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other valuable consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the
best interest and welfare for the City of Anaheim to accept said
conveyance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the deed tendered to the City of Anaheim
by said Ruth E. Waite, Carl E. Hull and Helen Hull, his wife, con-
veying to the City of Anaheim the property hereinabove mentioned
and described be, and the same is hereby accepted.
