THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
'Jc: -ERLA heretofore, to -wit, on the 12th day of July, 1949,
the City Council did duly pass and adopt its Resolution No. 1686
for the purchase of the following described real property situated
in the county of Orange, State of California, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Original City Lot 39 of the City of
Anaheim, as per map recorded in Book
4, pages 629 -30 of Deeds, Records of
Los Angeles County, California,
upon the terms and conditions as set forth and provided in said
Resolution and,
"Ef Anna Thill has executed ana tendered to the City of
Anaheim a deed conveying said property to the City of Anaheim upon
the terms ana conditions as set forth in said Resolution No. 1686,
NO'A, THEREFORE, B.E' IT REPOLVF.'D by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the deed tendered to the City of Anaheim by Anna
Thill conveying to the City of Anaheim the property hereinbefore
mentioned and described be anu Lhe same is hereby accepted subject
to all of the Germs, conditions and provisions of said Resolution
No. 1686.
