A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING JOINT COMMUNITY RECREATION
PPOGRA1-I OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, THE ANAHEIM
UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE ANAHEIM ELE-
MENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND U CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR FUCH
j0INT COMMUNITY RECREATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, the Anal_eim Union HiLh ScLool
District and the Anaheim ELenentary School District desire to )romote
and )reserve the health and cenerfl -eifore of the Deo)le of the City
of Anaheim, the A Union High School District aiN the Anaheim
Elementary School District and to cultivate and develop r2ood citizen-
ship by orovidinr for an adequate Program of community recreation on
to conduct such a )rogram of conmunity recreation as 7ii1 contribute
the attainment of eneril educationl .nd recreational o'Djectives
for the children and adults of said. City and said School Districts,

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, Anaheim Union High School Dis
trict and the Anaheim Elementary School District desire to co-operate

20 of the Education Code of the State of to that end to
21 enter into on agreement with each other to organize, promote anc con
