RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER 07 PROJECT STATEMENT NO. 33 FOR ALLOCATION
07 GAS TAX FUNDS ON MAJOR CITY STREETS.
BE IT ABSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP TBE CITY 07 ANAHEIM that
Project Statement No. 33, prepared by the City Engineer, be adopted as the
budget of proposed expenditure of the 5/8 cent gas tax allocated for Major
Oity Streets in said city for the remainder of the fiscal year ending June
30, 1949, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorised and directed to sign the same on behalf of the Oity.
