WHEREAS, Walter Kletke, the owner of that certain real
property located within the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of Lot Eleven (11) of Anaheim Extension
as per map of survey filed in Book 3, pages 163, 164
and 165 in the office of the County Recorder of Los
AngB.es County, State of California, bounded and described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southerly line
of Center Street 153. feet Westerly from the intersection
of said Southerly line of Center Street with the Westerly
line of Placentia Avenue; thence Southerly parallel with
Placentia Avenue 286 feet to the northly line of Highway

NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY CF ANAHEIM that a conditional variance be, and the same is
hereby granted to the said Walter Kletke whereby the said real
property may be used as a distribution outlet in the sale and
distribution of the petitioner's products upon the following
conditions:
1. That said business shall be operated in accordance
with all laws of the State of California and Ordinances and
Regulations of the City of Anaheim.
2. That the appearance of said real property, including
all buildings thereon, shall be kept and maintained with a
satisfactory appearance in keeping with the use herein permitted.
3. That the maintenance and operation of said business
shall comply with all requirements of the Chief of the Fire
Department of the City of Anaheim as to safety and fire prevention.
4. That the rights of adjoining property owners not be
affected.
5. That in the conduct of said business, no manufacturing
shall be conducted.
6. That any constructions erected upon said premises shall
be made in conformity to all requirements of the Building Depart-
ment of the City of Anaheim and in accordance with the representa-
tions made in the petitioner's application for this variance.
7. That the City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke
said variance permit for good cause.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this
27th day of July, 1948.
