A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1385 AS HERE-
TOFORE AMENDED AND FIXING CERTAIN RATES FOR
GENERAL WATER SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Anaheim
that it does hereby amend its Resolution No. 1385 adopted on the
18th day of July, 1944, as heretofore amended, by establishing
the following rates for General Water Service:
1. The rates applicable to all consumers of water from City
owned and maintained water mains within the city limits of the City
of Anaheim:
Rate:
First 750 cubic feet or less $1.50
Next 9,250 cubic feet 10¢ per 100 cu.ft
Over 10,000 cubic feet 8¢ per 100 cu.ft
3" Pipe $8.50
4" 12.50
6" 25.50
(b) When water is supplied to more than one lot or more than
one dwelling or building occupied by more than one family
through one meter service, an additional charge of 25¢
will be made.
DEPOSIT:
Each new consumer shall pay to the Public Service Department
of the City of Anaheim a deposit equal to an estimated two months'
bills. The minimum deposit shall be $5.00. In the event that any
consumer's account shall become delinquent, the amount of such
delinquency shall be deducted from the said deposit. Each deposit
is to be retained by the Public Service Department until the water
service is disconnected by order of the consumer and all accrued
charges have been paid.
2. Applicable to all consumers of water outside the City
limits of the City of Anaheim from City owned and maintained water
mains.

continue thereafter until changed by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me this
