RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE
WHEREAS, Mrs. A. Gladys Wagers, the owner of certain real
property situated at 705 Sabina Street, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot 31,
Block A, Monte Vista Tract, also known as 705 North Sabina Street,
has filed with the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
a petition requesting that a variance be granted permitting the use
of the building located on said real property for a multiple
dwelling; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and
investigation of the facts and the report and recommendation of
the City Planning Commission that:
(1) Special oircumstances and exceptional conditions do
exist as to the above described real property that do not apply
generally to the property or classes of uses in the same zone or
district;
(2) That a variance is necessary for the preservation and
enjoyment of a substantial property right of said petitioners;
(3) That the granting of such conditional variance will not
be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property
or improvements in the district wherein said property is located,
provided the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied with:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, that a conditional variance be, and the same is
hereby granted for one year to Mrs. A. Gladys Wagers whereby the
building located on said real property may be used for a multiple
dwelling upon the following conditions:
1. That said business shall be operated in accordance
with all laws of the State of California and Ordinances and
Regulations of the City of Anaheim.

1 2. That the appearance of said real property including
2 all buildings and improvements thereon shall be kept and main
3 tained with a satisfactory appearance in keeping with the use
4 herein permitted.
5 3. That the maintenance and operation of said business
6 shall comply with all requirements of the Chief of the Fire
7 Department of the City of Anaheim as to safety and fire prevention.
8 4. That the City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke
9 said variance permit for good cause.
