RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That Southern Counties Gas Company of California, a corporation
be and it is hereby granted a right -of -way for the purpose of con-
structing, operating and maintaining thereon a pipe line and neces-
sary service connections and appurtenances for conveying and dis-
tributing gas, over, along and across the following described proper
ty:
RESOLUTION NO. 1595
RESOLUTION GRANTING RIGHT -OF -WAY ON PROPOSED SA3ICNA STREET
TO SOUTHERN COUNTIES GAS COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA.
A parcel of land in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, including a portion of the SW* of the SE* of
Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian and a portion of Lots 35, 36, 37, 53 and 54 of the Schaffer
Oswald Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 7, Page
41, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, also including a
portion of that certain abandoned street formerly known as Julianna
Street, lying' between said Lots 35, 36, 37 and. said Lots 53 and 54
of said Schaffer Oswald Subdivision, said parcel being more particu -I
larly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of East La Palma Avenue,
said point being 30 feet north of the monumented center line of said
East La Palma Avenue and 346.87 feet East of the monumented center
line of North Olive Street; thence East along the north line of said
East La Palma Avenue a distance of 6o feet, to a point; thence North'f-
wardly along a line parallel to said monumented center line of North
Olive Street a distance of 570.00 feet to a point; thence West 60
feet along a line parallel to said north line of East La Palma Avenu
to a point; thence Southwardly along a line parallel to said monu-
mented center line of North Olive Street a distance of 570.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Resolution is approved and signed by me this 13th
day of April, 1948.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim

ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN: None
And I further certify that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
