Renner, the owner of certain real property situated at 109 E. Wilhelmina Street in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Part of Lots 14 and 15, Blook A, Eliso Park Tract 158, has filed with the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, a petition requesting that a variance be granted permitting the use of the building located on said real property for reconditioning small auto parts such as fuel pumps, carburetors, and ignitions, on exchange basis (not to be installed on these premises), and the selling of new parts and accessories; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and investigation of the facts and the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission that: (1) Special circumstances and exceptional conditions do exist is to the above described real property that do not apply generally tothe property or classes of uses in the same zone or district; (2) That a variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right of said petitioners; (3) That the granting of euoh conditional variance will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in the district wherein said property is located, provided the conditions hereinafter set forth are complied with: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, that a conditional variance be, and the same is hereby granted to 0. H. Renner whereby the business of recondit- ioning small auto parts such as fuel pumps, carburetors and ignit ions and the selling of new parts and accessories may be maintained and operated upon said real property upon the followin oonditione: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 1. That said business shall be operated in accordance with all laws of the State of California and Ordinances and Regulations of the City of Anaheim. 2. That the appearance of said real property including all buildings and improvements thereon shall be kept and main- tained with a satisfactory appearance in keeping with the use herein permitted. 3. That the maintenance and operation of said business shall comply with all requirements of the Chief of the Fire Department of the City of Anaheim as to safety and fire preventior. 4. That the City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke said varianoe:apermit for good cause.
