A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF LOCAL
AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION I S CONSENT AND
AUTHORIZING PROPONENTS TO CIRCULATE PETITION
RE MO~a DRIVE ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the proponents having heretofore submitted
their application to initiate annex~tion proceedings in con-
nection with the proposed Mohler Drive Annexation to the Local
Agency Formation Commission; and
WHEREAS, after duly noticed hearing thereon, said
Local Agency Formation Commission did, by its Resolution No.
72-60, approve the annexation proposed as said Mohler Drive
Annexa tion ; and
.WHEREAS, said proponents desire to publish Notice of
Intention to circulate a petition for said annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it acknowledge and it does hereby
acknowledge receipt of Resolution No. 72-60 of the Local Agency
Formation Commission under date of February 9, 1972, approving
said Mohler Drive Annexation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to advise the proponents
of said Mohler Drive Annexation of the action of the Local
Agency Formation Commission and that they may publish their
Notice of Intention to circulate a petition in connection
therewith.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of May, 1972.
