RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 199

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH WHITE
AND STEICHEN FOR AUDITING SERVICES AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
AMENDED AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, City and Auditor have heretofore on July 28,
1970, entered into an agreement wherein Auditor audits the books,
records, funds and all other financial documents of CITY; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 3 of said Agreement provides for the
compensation to be paid by City to Auditor for such services; and
WHEREAS, said Paragraph 3 provides for adjustments in
the compensation to be paid for such services; and
WHEREAS, the parties agree that an adjustment in compen-
sation should be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an amended agree-
ment made and entered into on the 23rd day of May , 1972,
by and between the City of Anaheim and White and Steichen be and
the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
