A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF
REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of obtaining title to the hereinafter described real
property for street, highway and other municipal purposes, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to convey
said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of said City of Anaheim
to accept said conveyance of said real property for the purposes
aforesaid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM that the offer of Margaret N. Chaffee and Annie
M. G. Waiker to convey to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California and more particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
PARCEL 1:
The Northerly 10 feet of Block A, containing 11.316
acres of the Re- Subdivision of Theodore Reiser's Subdivis-
ion of Vineyard Lot G-2, Anaheim, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 1, at page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
said Orange County
Except therefrom the Westerly 10 feet conveyed to the
City of Anaheim by deed recorded February 24, 1914, in Book
247, at page 68 of Deeds, records of said Orange County.
PARCEL 2:
The Southerly 22.25 feet of Block A, containing 11.316
acres of the Re- Subdivision of Theodore Reiser's Subdivis-
ion of Vineyard Lot G-2, Anaheim, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 1, at page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
said Orange County.
Excen ting therefrom the Westerly 10 feet conveyed to
the City of Anaheim by deed recorded February 24, 1914, in
Book 247, at page 68 of Deeds, Records of said Orange County,

be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim on the 30th day of September, 1947, and the City
accepts a conveyance of said real property for street, highway
and other municipal puxposes.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pace.
And I further certify that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
