A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE BOARD OF SUPER
VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE THE FORMATION
OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS AND APPROVING
THE FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE BOARD
OF CONSULTING ENGINEERS
WHEREAS, the Board of Consulting Engineers of the Orange
County Sewerage Survey has completed its survey and made findings
and recommendations to the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Orange, upon the collection, treatment and disposal of sewage
and industrial waste of Orange County, California, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim approved in
general the findings and recommendations of said Board of
Consulting Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim believes
that said Board of Consulting Engineers has made an exhaustive
survey of the problems of the collection, treatment and disposal
of sewage and industrial waste in the County of Orange, and that
the findings of said Board of Consulting Engineers are supported
by said survey and that the recommendations made by said Board
are sound, and that it would be for the best interest and advant-
age of all the cities and communities in the County of Orange to
adopt and carry out the recommendations of said Board of Consultin
Engineers;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
That the findings and recommendations of said Board of
Consulting Engineers upon the collection, treatment and disposal
of sewage and industrial waste of Orange County, California be
and they are hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
That the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, State

of California be urged to approve and adopt the findings and
recommendations of said Board of Consulting Engineers, and to
take immediate steps for the formation of County Sanitation
Districts as recommended by said Board of Consulting Engineers
to take care of the collection, treatment and disposal of sewage
and industrial waste of the County of Orange, State of California,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
That the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to forward to the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Orange a certified copy of this
Resolution.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me
