RESOLUTION NO. 1552
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING QUIT CLAIM DEED TO W. W. ADAMS
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 1910, August Backs and
Aluisia Backs, husband and wife, granted to City of Anaheim a sewer
right -of -way over and across "the northerly seven feet of Original
Building Lot No. 16 and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has never used said sewer right -of
way and has no need of the same for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, W. W. Adams, the present owner of the adjoining portio
of said Lot, has requested that title to his property be cleared by
the reoonveyance to him of said sewer right -of -way.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said City
of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute and deliver to W. W. Adams a Quit Claim Deed
relinquishing all right, title and interest the City may have in the
following described parcel of land situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California: The Northerly Seven (7) feet
of Original City Lot 16, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4 of
Deeds, pages 629 and 630, Records of Los Angeles County,California.
The foregoing Resolution is approved and signed by me this 10th
day of June, 1947.
