A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT APPOINTING THE BANK OF AMERICA
AS PAYING AGENT FOR THE ELECTRIC REVENUE BONDS,
ISSUE OF 1972, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, City has issued Eight Million Dollars
($8,000,000.00) principal amount of its Electric Revenue Bonds,
Issue of 1972; and
WHEREAS, Bank will arrange for Continental Illinois
National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago, State of Illinois
and Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. of New York, State of New York,
to act as Co-Paying Agents; and
WHEREAS, Bank will arrange to compensate the said
Co-Paying Agents out of the fees paid to it by City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
enter into said agreement.
NOW, THREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement between the City of Anaheim
and the Bank of America, dated April 26, 1972, be and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the sarna for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of May, 1972.
