A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, said property is located along the west side
of Magnolia Avenue, approximately 182.00 feet, more or less, south
of the centerline of Ball Road, in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the City
of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of City-owned property
for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion of
its City-owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it dedicate, and it does hereby dedicate,
as an easement for road and public utility purposes, the follow~ng
described land situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly described as follows;
An easement for road and public utility purposes,over,
under and across the easterly 53.00 feet of the follow-
ing described parcel of land, to wit:
The easterly 131.15 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M., as shown
on a map recorded in Book 1, page 494 of Patents, records
of Los Angeles County, State of California.
Excepting therefrom the south 328 feet.
Also excepting the north 182.13 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of May , 19 72 .
