A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF N~AHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGRERMENT WITH THE SOUTHE&'\1
PACIFIC TRfu'\1SPORTATION COMPANY. (CONSTRUCTION
OF TEN INCH WATER PIPELINE BENEATH TRACKS AND
PROPERTY OF RAILROAD AT SOUTH ANAHEIM STATION,
MILE POST BK-512.66) .
WrlEREAS, the Southern Pacific Transportation Company
has tendered to the City of Anaheim an Indenture granting to
the City the right to construct, maintain and operate a ten (10)
inca water pipeline beneath the tracks and property of Railroad
at or near South Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, and as a part consideration for the rights
herein granted, City saall pay to Railroad the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00); and
~~rlEREAS, the City Council finds that said Indenture
tendered to the City \..rould be for the benefit and in the best
interest of the City, and should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, Bi: 1'1' RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of AnaheiI!l. that the Hayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Indenture
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
