A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OJ!' THE CI.TY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OP AN AGREmmNT BETWEEN LEAR SIEGLER,
mc. AND THE CITY OJ!' ANAHEIM FOR THE CONSTlWC-
TION OP A STREET AND PROVllDING DEDICATION
THEREPOR.
WHEREAS, the City and Lear Siegler, Inc. each own
separate but adjoining parcels of real property in the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City and Lear Siegler, Inc. desire to
construct a road for street and public utility purposes over
said real property; and
WHEREAS, the City and Lear Siegler, Inc. desire to pay
for the costs of said construction pursuant to that certain
agreement submitted herewith; and
WHEREAS, Lear Siegler, Inc. viII dedicate an ea~ent
to the City for road and public utility purpose~ pursuant to said
agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
execute Baid agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City C~W\eil of the
City of Anaheim that the agreement this day submitted to the City
Council providing for the dedication of an easement for road and
pub~c utility purposes to the City and providing for the use of
cer~ain land of the City for road and public utility purposes
with provisions for payment of the costs thereof be, and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement
for ,.nd on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of May , 1972.
