RESOLUTION NO. 72R-179

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT DEED
AND ORDERING ITS RECORDATION.
WHEREAS, a certain corporation easement deed has been
presented to the City of Anaheim by Texaco Ventures, Inc. and
Anaheim Hills, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said easement deed having been determined to
be correct in both form and substance, the City Council finds
that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept
said deed and to order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the easement deed presented by Texaco
Ventures, Inc. and Anaheim Hills, Inc. for road and public
utility purposes at Anaheim Hills Road and Nohl Ranch Road
south of Santa Ana Canyon Road, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange and State of California be, and it is hereby, accepted
by the City.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the foregoing
deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of May, 1972.
