RESOLUTION NO. 72R-174
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-307
GRAN'l'ING CONDITIONAL USE l'ElU!I'.r NO. 1163.
WHEREAS, the City Council did be.retofore, to wit, on
June 23, 1970, adopt Resolution No. 70R-307 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 1163, subject to certain conditions therein set
forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 df Resolution No. 70R-307 reads
as follows:
"7.
That pe~tual easement a~reements for strips of
land 20 feet wide for velUlcular access purposes
to both Center Street thrdu<,th the motel property
and State College Boulevard through the medical
center property shall be ~ubmi tted to and approved
by the City Attorney's Of:etce and then filed and
recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder,
prior to the issuance of a building permit."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said condition
should be c~ed to read as follows:
"7. That a perpetual easement agreement for a strip of
land 20 feet wide for vehicular access purposes to
State College Boulevard through the medical center
property shall be submitt~d to and a~rove.d ~ the
City Attorney's Office, and then be f11ed and
recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder
prior to the issuance of a building permit."
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe~ that Resolution No. 70R-307 granting Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 1163, be and the same is hereby amended
by -revising Condition No. 7 of said Resolution to read as
follows :
"7. That a perpetual easement agreement for a strip of
land 20 feet wide for vehicular access purposes to
State College Boulevard through the medical center
property shall be submitted to and approved by the
City Attorney's Office, and then be filed and recorded
in the Office of the Orange County Recorder prior to
the iSSUAnce of a building permit."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 70R-307 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of May, 1972.
