1947-15181 2 3 4 5 6 7 WHEREAS, the United States of America, acting by and 8 through the Commissioner of The Federal Public Housing Authority 9 and the City of Anaheim entered into a contract on the 2nd day 10 of April, 1946 to provide temporary housing pursuant to Title V 11 (as amended) of the Lanham Act, said contract being Number 12 RA (Y -4386) mph-1, and 13 f WHEREAS, said Federal Housing Project has been completed 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF COIN OPERATED WASHING MACHINES IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM OF FEDERAL HOUSING PROJECT NUMBER HA (Y- 4386) mpbr RESOL UTION NO and is now in operation, and WHEREAS, Noble D. Mount8 and Leon C. Mounts have offered to install coin operated washing machines and laundry facilities in the laundry room situated on said Federal Housing Project at the Northeast corner of Olive Street and La Palma Avenue, and to maintain and operate said washing machines and laundry equip meht and divide the funds derived therefrom in the following manner, seventy -five percent (75 thereof to said Noble D.Mount and Leon C. Mount, and twenty -five percent (35 thereof to the City of Anaheim, and WHEREAS, the City Council fins that it is desirable and would be beneficial to said Projeot to have said washing machines and laundry equipment installed and operated and would be benefici 1 to the people residing in said Project, and the City of Anaheim; NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to enter into and execute a written agreement with se Noble D. Mounts and Leon C.
