RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 162
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ROBERT H.
GRANT CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
FOUR CORNERS PIPELINE COMPANY AND THE PACIFIC
TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY IN CONNECTION
WITH THE USE OF ACCESS ROAD FOR UTILITIES
OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Robert H. Grant Corporation is developing
that certain parcel of land known as Tracts 7566 and 7569 in and
near the City of Anaheim, County of Orange and State of Cali-
fornia; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, the Cour Corners Pipe-
line Company and the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company
each own and share commonly for utilities operations an ease-
ment across the said land of the Robert H. Grant Corporation;
and
WHEREAS, the Robert H. Grant Corporation has con-
structed an access road on and along said easement to the satis-
faction of the City of Anaheim and the other parties involved;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of using
said access road for utilities operations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City 01 Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Anaheim that certain agreement between the
Robert H. Grant Corporation and the City of Anaheim and the
other parties aforementioned for use of said access road for
utilities operations.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 25th day of April ,1972.
