RESOLUTION NO. 72R-146

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65R-469
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 64~65-90.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
heretofore to wit, on the 22nd day Of June, 1965, adopt Resolu-
tion No. 65R-469 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64-65-90
finding and determining that the pro~erty and area therein
described be excluded from R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and
incorporated in C-l, GENERAL COMMERC~AL ZONE, subject to certain
conditions set forth in said reSOlution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that since Resolution
No. 65R-469 was adopted, it would be appropriate and in the
best interests of the City to amend said Resolution by deleting
therefrom all reference to Condition No. 6 thereof and by
adding the following conditions:
"Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning
subject property, development plans shall be sUbmitted
to and approved by the City Council."
"That ordinances reclassifying the property shall be
adopted as each parcel is ready to comply with
conditions pertaining to such parcel, provided, how-
ever, that the word "Parcel" shall mean presently
existing parcels of record and any parcel or parcels
approved by the City Council for a lot split."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R-469 be, and the
same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom all reference to
Condition No. 6 and by adding the following conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 65R-469, as amended by Resolution No.
65R-636 and Resolution No. 67R-46, be and remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of April, 1972.
