A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ENDORSING THE SANTA ANA RIVER-
SANTIAGO CREEK GREEN BELT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, Orange County has adopted the Santa Ana
River-Santiago Creek Green Belt Plan as a part of the Orange
County Master Plan; and
11HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does favor the said Green Belt Plan; and
WHEP~AS, an Ad Hoc Committee appointed by the County
and working with the Green Belt Coordinator has recommended an
implementation program for the Green Belt Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim feels
taat the Green Belt Plan should be implemented and feels that
the implementation program as recommended by the Committee is
a practical one.
i'JOW, 'l'HEllliFORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the implementation program of the
Green Belt Plan as proposed by the Green Belt Coordinator and
approved by the Ad Hoc Committee of the County and as approved
by the Board of Supervisors be and the same is hereby endorsed
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
