A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CONDITIONAL DEDICATION
OF LAND FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, DANNY LEE ROWLAND and VERLEE J. ROWLAND,
Joint Tenants, did tender to the City of Anaheim a Conditional
Dedication of Land for road and public utility purposes on the
South side of La Palma Avenue between Citron and West Streets; and
WHEREAS, the conditions upon which said dedication
shall become effective are set forth in said dedication and
are satisfactory insofar as the City of Anaheim is concerned;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said dedica-
tion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, that it accept and it do~Shereby accept
that certain Conditional Dedication of Land for road and public
utility purposes from DANNY LEE ROWLAND and VERLEE J. ROWLAND,
Joint Tenants, as owners of the said easement on the South side
of La Palma Avenue between Citron and West Streets.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of April , 1972.
