RESOLUTION NO. 72R-124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NO. 109, EXHIBIT "B".
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Development
Plan No. 109 encompassing an area more particularly hereinafter
described, and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports
from persons interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the city Planning Commission did duly
announce a formal resolution, its findings of facts and declare
its opinions and reasons for recommending approval of Area
Development Plan NO. 109, Exhibit "B"; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 21st day of
March, 1972, and continued to April 11, 1972, as the time and
the City Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
as the place for a public hearing upon said Area Development
Plan No. 109; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did there-
upon consider the summary of evidence presented at said public
hearing before the Planning Commission, its report of findings
and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 109, Exhibit "B" should be approved
as recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 109, Exhibit
"B", encompassing the following described area in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
That certain area located in the Santa Ana Canyon
Scenic Corridor bordered by Imperial Highway to
the West, Santa Ana Canyon Road to the South, the
extension of Soloman Drive to the East and by
California Division of Highways properties along
the Riverside Freeway to the North
be, and the same is hereby approved.
