A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEB~ GRANTING A HOUSING MOVING PERMIT
TO RENATO DURIGON TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE AND
ATTACHED GARAGE FROM 10630 ADHOREE, NORWALK,
CALIFORNIA, TO 1614 POUNDERS LANE, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, RENATO DURIGON, having filed a written applica-
tion for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house and attached
garage from 10630 Adhoree, Norwalk, California, to 1614 Pounders
Lane, Anaheim, California; and
tiHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 28th day of March, 1972, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock
P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hearing
having been given by mail to all persons residing within a radius
of three hundred feet from tIle property upon which it is proposed
to move said house and garage, at least ten days prior to the
date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared
upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear--
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and con-
ducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a house moving permit, together with all the
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should be granted, subject to the followinq
condition:
That the proposed move-on be approved subject to the
payment of a $200.00 park and recreation fee at the
time the building permit. is issued.
NOW: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Renato Durigon for
a house moving permit to move a dwelling house and attached
garage from 10630 Adhoree, Norwalk, California, to 1614 Pounders
Lane, Anaheim, California, be and the same is hereby granted
subject to the condition hereinbefore set forth, and subject
further to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15,
Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim r.lunicioal Code relating to the
moving of buildings from a point outside the City of Anaheim onto
a lot wi thin the City of AnaheLn.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of March, 1972.
