in Lemon Street,, have filed with the City ilanning•Commission of
the City of Anaheim, a Petition recluesting that a variance be

the above Uescribed prooerty for the dismantling and Oisassembly o

WHEREAS, the City Council finds from consideration and
investication of the facts and. the report and recommendation of

district.
