RESOLUTION NO. 1506
A RESOLUTION OF TIX CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIL,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONVEYANCE HEREOF.
WHEREAS, The City of A naheim is the owner of the
hereinafter described real property; and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for
municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the P. L. Welding and Machine Works, Inc-
orporated has made an offer to purchase said real property for
the sum of $3500.00; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed for the best interest of the
City of Anaheim that said offer be accepted and said property be
sold to said P. L. Welding and Machine Works, Incorporated for
the sum of $3500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of $3500.00 of P. L. Welding
and Machine Works, Incorporated,. 'or the purchase of the herein-
after described real property be accepted and the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of A naheim be and they are hereby authorized
upon receipt of said purchase price of $3500.00 to execute and
deliver to P. L. Welding and Machine Works, Incorporated a
good and sufficient deed conveying to it the following described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
A tract of land in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, being a portion of the SWj of
the 8 E4 of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, and more part-
icularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of East La Palma
Avenue, which point is 30 feet north of the monumented
center line of said East La Palma Avenue and 596.87
feet east, measured along said north line, from the
monumented center line of North Olive Street, which
street is the Clive Street conveyed to the City of
Anaheim by deed recorded February 1, 1926, in Book 625
of Deeds, page 367, Orange County Records; thence East
along said north line of East La Palma Avenue a distance
of 189.92 feet to a point which is 30 feet west of the

a line parallel to the East City Limit Line
240 feet to a point; thence west along a line
parallel to the north line of East La Palma
Avenue a distance of 189.22 feet to a point;
thence Southwardly along a line parallel to the
monumented center line of said North Olive Street
a distance of 240 feet to the point of beginning,
containing an area of 1.04 acres, subject to a
five foot easement for utilities along the westerly
line thereof.
Adopted this 12th day of November, 1946 at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
