1946-15021 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 702, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did ordain and establish parking meter zones and provide for the installation, use and control of parking meters; and WHEREAS, said parking meters will be operated by the de- posit of coins therein and revenue will be derived by the the City of Anaheim for the maintenance and operation of said parking meter and A T TES WHEREAS,it is deemed necessary and advisable that a separate fund be created and established in which to deposit all the revenue derived from the operation of said parking meters. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, that there be, and there is hereby created and established a separate fund to be known and designated as the Parking Meter Fund. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all moneys, funds or revenu derived from the operation and maintenance of said parking meters be deposited in said parking meter fund. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby authorized to withdraw from said parking meter fund the funds necessary for the payment on the purchase price of said meters and for the expenses of maintenance and operation thereof and any other necessary payments or expenditures in connection with said parking meters.
