THAT WHIIRRAS, the Youth Authority of California will upon request make
a survey of the County of Orange to determine the methods and facilities being
used for the prevention and treatment of delinquency as it affects youth, and that
WHEREAS, this Council feels that such a survey would be in the public
interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anahei
that said Youth Authority of California be and it is hereby requested to make a
survey of the County of Orange and particularly to makA a survey of this City
pertaining to delinquency and youth services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to
Karl Holton, Director, Youth Authority of California, Homer Laughlin Building,
Third and Broadway, Los Angeles, California.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved by me this 8th day of
October 1946.
